We carry out all legal documentation; Certificates of Compliance, Exemption, and Declarations of Identity etc. for all building sales and transfers. Transfer and legal maps, generally for solicitors for conveyancing purposes, are an essential part of our practice, and we have carried out many since establishment in 1997. In some cases the areas and mapping concerned can be carried out directly from the accurate ordnance survey or land registry maps available. In most, or more ambiguous or awkward cases, it is necessary to carry out a site visit, with full survey and measurements.
